  The location is close to everything. There is a Macy's Backstage near the hotel. The breakfast was great, tasty sausage.

  This hotel has some very nice employees but their hotel desperately needs some attention. I've stayed here a few times in the last 6 months and every time I got it's in considerably worse shape. When you walk in everything will seem fine because the lobby gets cleaned but this doesn't extend to the upper floors. Every inch of carpeting needs to be replaced due to lack of care. I don't think it's been properly cleaned in years. My room had dozens of stains in the carpet and felt dirty to the touch. The AC is loud and doesn't get nearly as cold as it says. The room smelt like lotion so strongly I had to bring Febreze. The breakfast bar is extremely lacking for a Best Western Plus. The yogurt machine was clogged the entire time I was there (which tells me they don't clean it daily the way they should be). The pancake machine wasn't working one of the mornings. The bagels were stale half of my stay. They leave the cream cheese packets out unrefrigerated all morning on the counter. On the bright side they have a nice sized parking lot in a convenient place to get in and out of with a grocery store nearby. Harrisburg has some terrible hotels so you can do a lot worse than this place but they really need to start having some pride in their building and start taking care of it. The only reason this isn't 1 or 2 stars is because the employees are very kind and helpful.

  Let me start off by saying beautiful view and the staff was friendly; unfortunately, that doesn't help them by giving them more stars. We had to change our rooms three times. The first time, it was dirty; the second time, they couldn't fix the TV and latch; and the third time, it was dirty, but not the worst. I appreciate the time they took for us and tried to make our night great, but I can't get over the cleanliness and safety issues I had. My anxiety was high. The view, however, they had was great, and it has much potential, but it's like the episode of Hotel Hell or one of those kinds of shows you would see. The bathtub didn't look like anyone would clean it, the vents and air conditioner looked dirty and had fuzz, and we didn't feel comfortable taking off our shoes on the floors. I absolutely didn't let both my dogs touch the floor for their safety, and they both are pretty good when it comes to being respectful. I don't even want to know what the beds would look like with that blue light test, but by the naked eye, they looked clean. Breakfast was different than many hotels; I give them that. We left the next morning and will not be coming back until they renovate everything. This is only some of it, and the list goes on. Again, the people were very friendly and tried to make things work for us.

  This room is awful. We are not picky people so that makes it even worse. The tub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month or the dirtiest person took a bath and never got cleaned. Nats flying around and their coffee machine has mold in the drip tray. AWFUL

  Not the most clean hotel we stayed in but I guess the price reflects the same.
