Let me start off by saying beautiful view and the staff was friendly; unfortunately, that doesn't help them by giving them more stars. We had to change our rooms three times. The first time, it was dirty; the second time, they couldn't fix the TV and latch; and the third time, it was dirty, but not the worst.
I appreciate the time they took for us and tried to make our night great, but I can't get over the cleanliness and safety issues I had. My anxiety was high. The view, however, they had was great, and it has much potential, but it's like the episode of Hotel Hell or one of those kinds of shows you would see. The bathtub didn't look like anyone would clean it, the vents and air conditioner looked dirty and had fuzz, and we didn't feel comfortable taking off our shoes on the floors.
I absolutely didn't let both my dogs touch the floor for their safety, and they both are pretty good when it comes to being respectful. I don't even want to know what the beds would look like with that blue light test, but by the naked eye, they looked clean.
Breakfast was different than many hotels; I give them that. We left the next morning and will not be coming back until they renovate everything. This is only some of it, and the list goes on. Again, the people were very friendly and tried to make things work for us.
