  Currently paying 300.00 for a room for me and my children because our home flooded and the elevators were out the entire day, I called the front office because I have 3 small children. One of which is still in carseat and stroller they gave us a room on the 4th floor so wen I called the hotel from the hallway to ask was the elevator down he said yea and left it at that. Im askimg wat im suppse to do with a 50lb stroller from the 4th floor. Needless to say I had to carry my child from the 4th floor and each floor is about 2 sets of stairs a piece. When I did make it to the bottom I asked for the manager which is a foreign lady and IMMEDIATELY had the nastiest attitude with me I asked her " what accommodations does she have for me and my children due to the elevator being down" she went around my question several times telling me she has no control over the elevators and if I called them there still wouldn't be anybody to help me. When that not what I asked. I told her as a business owner her professionalism was off and she told me " I dont care what your job is" when I asked was she going to help me carry my child up and down the stairs she said " No thats not my child". Currently feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, if I ask for my money back I lt won't come back to my card directly so me and my children would be homeless and in the rain. The current temperature is 45° and its raining. This is by far the worse expirence of my life. I desperately want to know who the owner is of this hotel branch. I have never received suck horrible service. Currently sittin in my car crying tryin to figure out where me and my 3 children are going to stay after I already paid 300 for this type of service. I would never recommend staying at this location and I have video of proof of the entire interaction I would hate to upload it on social media but the young lady encouraged that I do (antagonistic). How could people like this be allowed around the public if I was the old me I would have been in jail for the way she treated me in front of my children BUT Having the police called on you as a BLACK PERSON is one of the scariest things to encounter especially in a nice neighborhood. All it take is ONE LIE or one call and me and my children would have been racial profiled, maybe hurt and they would have kept my money for the room. Please dont stay here if your of color or have children with u. Very unsafe and unwelcoming. I will not let this go until resolved

  Wow! We’ve stayed at several hotels while visiting Cincinnati and this has been my favorite one. You can tell they really care about their customer service. Room was clean and desk staff was great.. I don’t have any complaints; keep up the good work!

  Very nice and very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. Will stay again.

  Rooms were nice size and bathroom was clean. Things looked a little outdated inside. Breakfast was pretty good.We checked in Monday and checked out Saturday morning. My only complaint is they didn’t come to clean once. Thursday night I requested housekeeping and my room was never touched once or attempted to be cleaned the entire trip.

  I stay there on Thursday nite September 25 room 306. The only complaint i can give is the beds which was 2 queens bed bath had major dips in them the one by the fridge had the whole side totally not comfortable was cave in deep depression The other bed that our daughter slept in had major depression in the entire middle of the bed all the way across Mine you there are 3 adults in this room the only comfortable place was the sleeper sofa So one got the sleeper sofa but slept on top of the sofa Other 2 beds was hilarious trying to get comfortable on the other 2 beds No blankets After long day of driving a very comfortable beds would of been very good but no I would recommend that they change the mattresses they are the foam ones But I will only stay at a best western of it my last resort Yes I told the clerk of the beds but was told book solid
