  El personal en general es excelente, amables, serviciales y atentos, desde el conductor del shuttle, el recepcionista del lobby, el personal de mantenimiento y los supervisores realizan una gran labor y buscan resolver cualquier inconveniente con los medios disponibles No gustó · las habitaciones estan extremadamente deterioradas, en la primera, el sofa cama no solo estaba sucio,si no que ademas esaba roto, el personal nos cambio de habitacion, en el cual, no funcionaba el aire acondiconado, en el ultimo que optamos por aceptar tenia la puerta del baño rota y la ducha no funcionaba apropiadamene, pero el sofa cama y el aire acondicionado funcionaban y lla limpieza era al menos superficialmente, aceptable, si no tiene auto no se hospede aqui, las habitaciones que nos tocaron estaban a 100 metros en cuesta arriba, y si no desea perderse debe usar la calle, hay mosquitos y las habitaciones huelen extraño, creo que tienen bedbugs, todos amanecimos picados y con ronchas

  leaving a review in hopes it’ll help travelers considering hotels.i wish i could go back and choose a different hotel. i chose this one for the shuttle to and from the airport and we didn’t even get to use it because the service was poor i believe it’s only one driver. we called for a shuttle and gave our info down. when we got to the spot we watched the shuttle take off and we flagged them down to stop and driver just drove off. we called again and asked how long for another one and they quoted an hour. not an option when you got a tired baby and it’s cold out so we got a lyft. ended up getting a lyft back to the airport at the end too because they were going to take too long again. now the restaurant, to ME that food isn’t authentic mexican food. the enchiladas were terrible and too sweet. the waiter for breakfast makes you feel so uncomfortable. kept kneeling to the ground and kept picking up the crumbs my 15 month old would throw on the floor. i want to make it clear that i always pick up after her WHEN SHES DONE, but no point in picking up after her every couple minutes the reality is she’s going to throw more. maybe he’s not a dad and doesn’t know how toddlers work, but it was pretty uncomfortable. the table next to us was done with their food but still sitting at the table, and he gets on one of their chairs and starts putting their condiments back in their condiment tray. me personally as a waitress i would just wait to clean up their table when they’re gone.. i know they felt uncomfortable because they were saying sorry to him. lastly when we finished our food we told him we paid at the front desk already, he gets annoyed and says why didn’t you say that earlier.. umm why didn’t you ask if you needed to know earlier? he was clearly annoyed because he had to print out a different receipt. basically he just does things to people to make them feel uncomfortable and for you to say sorry to him. moving on, elevators are terrible. they stopped operating twice and the last time was when we were checking out so we had to bring all our luggage/ stroller/ car seat/ baby down 2 flights of stairs. it took us a couple trips. we got charged NINE EXTRA TIMES for breakfast so check your receipts if you go here. lastly, we paid extra for a room with a view and got stuck with a room with the staircase and huge tree right in front, blocking the whole city view. the ONLY plus of this hotel is the microwave in the room (convenient for overnight bottles) and walking access to the stores and restaurants. other than that this place is terrible

  We booked our room over a month ago, looking forward to celebrating my son’s birthdays during this trip. From the start, it was a huge letdown. We weren’t even assigned the room type we reserved, and when that was fixed, the only option left was in the 600 Building. The real disappointment hit the second we walked into the room. It smelled bad, looked nothing like the photos (which must have been taken 15+ years ago), and felt extremely old and run-down. Within minutes, we found broken closet doors that wouldn’t slide, a broken luggage rack, a towel hook laying on the counter, a broken tub plug with exposed caulking, and missing/loose tiles throughout. I called the front desk to see if we could switch rooms, but was told there were no others available—even though we had booked weeks in advance. That was especially disappointing since this was meant to be a special trip for my son’s birthdays. To make things worse, housekeeping was another frustration. We were told there would be daily cleaning, but even though we left our room at 9 a.m. and didn’t return until 4 p.m., nothing had been done. Housekeeping showed up just as we came back to change quickly for another event. We asked them to come later, but they didn’t understand. We tried again as we were heading back out for the evening, and though there was confusion, the room was eventually cleaned. The whole process felt frustrating, disorganized, and like very poor service. The hotel grounds and location are nice, but between the outdated, broken-down room and the lackluster housekeeping, we were extremely unimpressed. This was not at all the experience we expected or were promised. Would not recommend.

  I give the ROOM 2 stars because it is super outdated and needs a refresh but i guess it goes with the “Hacienda” theme. Also woke up to a huge wolf spider next to my kid. 5 stars for LOCATION. No need to drive anywhere around old town. You can walk anywhere but there is a crazy amount of stairs. If they put you in the 600 building, the PARKING is horrendous. They say it’s a parking garage but there is maybe 12 spots and they are so close that you can’t even fit your vehicle in the spot. POOL was heated for night swimming. CUSTOMERS SERVICE was great. Overall I wouldn’t stay more than 1 night but it’s a good value.

  It is very old style, all old school furnitures, somehow very spooky for me. I think younger people like me less than 40 years old would prefer a more modern style or feeling of the room. Fitness center NOT working! DISAPPOINTED SMELL: The room when I first get in has a smell, I tried to open the window but found that window can’t stay open without holding it. BAD DOOR: the first room they assigned me 200 the door can’t even stay closed. I changed to different room instead. FITNESS CENTER: the room temperature is 84F and there’s a noisy air mover machine running in the small fitness room. The ac is not working and the temperature stay 84F. I called desk and a guy showed up but he doesn’t know and checked the electricity room and tell me it’s not working. So they did know that it’s not working but didn’t make it fix right away! They only say to submit the ticket get it fixed after I complained about the ac not working in the fitness room. Very disappointed! Other than that, there are free cold and hot water, good location, good service, clean room. But I’ll not recommend it bc is too old fashioned and spooky.
