The hotel had new t.vs installed in rooms and rented them out before the new t.v were set up, front desk said there was nothing they could do, so the tv was just for show. Room also didn't have a microwave, which was odd and a mild inconvenience.

Upon entering my room, the first thing I noticed was a foul odour. When I went into the bathroom, I found hair all over the toilet and a dirty bathtub that did not drain. The cleaner was polite and came in to wipe the bathroom, but the smell remained and the tub was never fixed. On my last night, I woke up with bedbug bites on my right arm, hand, and foot. At checkout, I spoke with Julie at the front desk, showed her the bites, and voiced my concerns. Her reaction suggested this wasn’t the first complaint of this nature. She assured me she would speak to her manager and get back to me. A few days later, I received an email from her stating, “Our pest control company was in and found no bedbugs.” However, I know for a fact the bites appeared overnight — they were not there when I went to bed. I am very disappointed with the service and cleanliness at this location and, for this reason alone, I cannot recommend staying here.
