- NPNatalia PHOct 20, 20255.0For the money, this is a great place. Nice pool, small fitness center with the basics, whole facility was clean, and rooms and furnishings were new. Dog friendly for a reasonable $25 daily surcharge. There were a lot of things I would prefer to be different: Bed wasn't great. Breakfast was just basic. Weirdest quirk was that if you have a suite you cannot watch TV in bed. For an extra $10 they could have installed a TV mount that extended and swiveled - but it was fixed flat against the wall and tv was positioned in front of the couch. All that said, it was a nice hotel for a very reasonable price. Staff was friendly and efficient. I didn't pay for a five star hotel, so I'm not going to quibble about small issues. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Grand Rapids.

A big thank you goes to the manager at the front desk for her great customer service. It did not go unnoticed. Would highly recommend this location.
