  Infested with roaches. I stayed three nights at this hotel. At first, everything appeared clean—the sheets were fresh and the bathroom was spotless. However, while sitting at the desk, I noticed a cockroach run across it. I assumed it was a random incident, but over the next two days I saw several more: on my chair, under the desk, and even on the walls. I also discovered a large dead roach under the window, which clearly had not been cleaned before I checked in. I reported this to the front desk and specifically requested that the room be cleaned, but nothing was done. The situation made it very uncomfortable to stay in the room, and I was relieved to check out. I later spoke with other guests who confirmed that they also experienced roaches. One woman even told me that the same issue occurred last year and that she accidentally brought a roach home in her suitcase. I want to mention that the hotel staff were very friendly and polite, but the cleanliness issue is serious. Unfortunately, I will need to look for another place to stay next year when I return to this area.

  When I got to my room, the bathroom already irritated my nerves. I chose not to say anything because I literally had no other option but to stay there since I was working out of town & everywhere else was sold out. THERE WAS NO SHOWER CURTAIN. I went down to ask the front desk & the man said “I’ll get you one”. I’m not trying to sound picky, but if I paid more than $165 a night, WHY AM I PUTTING THE CURTAIN ON MYSELF???? Anyway, I was disgusted bc the restroom was half-assed cleaned with hair in some spots still. The shower drain was clogged, and I had to shower with water above my ankles for both nights. I read a review from a woman who stayed here 3 yrs ago with the same problem?????? However, Nicole and Angel were very nice during my actual check in.

  Bed uncomfortable, bathtub has mold and rust. Room is clean, check-in easy, not bad.

  Room had bugs and tv would shut off. When we asked if there was someone that could please spray the room we were told that they sell bug spray at Walmart. Very disgusting place to stay unfortunately we had to stay because our company paid for the “best” hotel in town.

  They had bed bugs and not so clean shower was bad, some weird bug in the restroom floor, ac had mold on it bathroom had rust
