    THE MANAGER ON SHIF MRS SHARIKA WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SHE MADE SURE OUR STAY WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE AND WE HAD THE BEST RATE FOR OUR STAY , IF IT WASN'T FOR HER OUR STAY WOULD HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE, BUT I THANK GOD SHE TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF US MAY GOD BLESS HER SHE IS THE BEST !

    Do not stay here. Stayed three nights and had problems every day. If you need something late at night like no power, water backing up in your room or anything. Good luck. No one answers the front desk phone. You go downstairs and find out why it’s because no one’s there at night. Finally got someone to come to the room. Had to deal with two different people over several hours eating up my vacation time. They got everything fixed I was happy. Then they said the manager was discounting my room for the problems. Upon checking out NO DISCOUNT. Then the lies started. First lie I was told the rate I paid was the discount. Hmm I paid that rate long before you said you’d discount my stay. Lie #2 the manager will call you. I’m still waiting. If it weren’t for being told I’d get a discount that I never asked for or expected and then being lied to I’d of likely said nothing. But, THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Just fyi. The elevator is small, not vented & hot. God help you if it breaks in the summer. The staircase is not sufficiently lit and has no slip proof steps. Lawsuit waiting for the person that dies in either. They get one star because the young lady that worked the desk the 16-17th is very professional, the woman staffing breakfast is a gem. You need to give her a raise. The maintenance guy on the 17th was a real asset to you. Otherwise you’d of gotten zero stars

    The nicest lady Ms. Deborah was so sweet and helpful when I walked in. She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. If all the employees are like her I will come back again and again when I'm town. Also, we share the same birthday. The rooms are nice for the price and in a location to where you can get to everywhere you want to go.

    The manager, Amy, is very kind and considerate. I would definitely do business with this hotel again based on my experience with her!
