    Be careful if you leave a cash deposit. The credit card was charged. Unsatisfied stay after no rest, after charges in the early morning was alerted on my phone. No manager on site to correct the situation. No refund was given for the room, of unsatisfied stay. This caused me stress and anxiety of the charges. Be aware of charges to your credit card. Luckily I got a alert at @4:AM of the charges. It was a unsatisfied stay at the Gardena CA location site.

    Customer Service is non existent. I made a mistake and booked the room for the wrong date, which I know is my fault. The hotel got the full price from me and marked me as a "no-show". I reached out to see if they could help me rebook. I wasn't even asking for free room just for a discount so I didn't have pay full price twice for a room I hadn't even stayed in. They would not help me and pass it off to "the manager" who was not available for me to speak to via phone or in-person. I booked somewhere else and it's a shame bc I would've liked to have stayed here in future since I sometimes have to work in this area but they'd rather take $200 just to miss out on thousands from future bookings and groups that I would have been more than happy to recommend stay here if they would have extended ANY customer service to me smh.

    I checked in a few hours ago. All I can report at thus time is.....so far so good. Check in was quick and easy. The room is nice and clean. The AC is not working but the window opens enough to get a cool breeze. I'm here on business, therefore the location is convenient.

    The staff was rude and not helpful at all, the only kind person at this hotel was Miguel. He checked us in on the first night and was extremely helpful and polite. On October 4th we made several complaints about some teenagers being extremely loud, shouting, slamming doors and screaming down the hall way. We contacted the front desk and they said there was not much that they could do. After contacting the front desk 3 different times, around midnight a supervisor stopped by to talk to the noisy room. Then they called us back and said that the supervisor had talked to the parents and they would be more quiet. Finally around 1am I just feel asleep because I was so tired and frustrated. I was disappointed that we had to call so many times just to try and get some decent sleep.
