The front desk staff was very kind and informative so I’m giving them a 3. HOWEVER…..the hotel itself is very outdated and dirty. Our room smelled like dirty old carpet. The air vent filled with dust, the AC gave us allergies. The shower does not drain so we were showing in an ankle high puddle. The toilet did not flush properly. The mattress was super lumpy and has a slope as well as the coils digging into your back. The free breakfast was not good. The eggs tasted so fake. The coffee completely water down. The juice water down. 1 star for the hotel and rooms.

- WWWestcoastbullAug 30, 20251.0Roach Motel! What else do you need to know? Full blown infestation on all floors. Giant roaches, baby roaches crawling out of sink and tubs and cracks in the walls. Front desk staff I will say is excellent. With the exception of one girl who could care less about her job.

The room had ants, the lawns had dog waste at several places, and breakfast was terrible very limited options—poor quality and always running out of milk, fruits. To make things worse, there was loud maintenance work going on in the rooms above us for hours starting as early as 10 AM on several days. Between the noise, the dirt, and the lack of service, this hotel is not worth the money. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it. Anyone who plans on staying, read all the negative reviews, each one of them is true and you will come across all of the issues during your stay.
