  There was a roach in the room. The toilet seat was broken. The shower leaked onto the floor quite a bit. We have a family of 6 and needed extra towels. Every time we went to get extra towels they had none ready for us. The staff was more nice that not. No bell at the front desk so I had to physically call for someone to help me since people were consistently not at the desk. The layout of the room for 6 people was really nice, but the air and heat was a bit confusing to use. Room smelled like smoke

  Reception lady was super friendly Room was on 2nd floor and we didn’t arrive till late, we were so tired as soon as we opened the door we smelt a funny smell so we managed to locate it coming from the aircon, we ended up having to turn off the aircon as the smell was so bad, no aircon all night, dreadful night sleep, should have complained but we were exhausted, pillows were awful, won’t come back …this was also the highest we have paid for a room so will be making a call to head office to tell them our experience was not good

  My kids and I checked in on October 18th through the 20th. We had the two beds with a separate living area which in the living area was a let out couch. My kid slept in the two beds in the back. I slept on the let out couch. on that Saturday morning the 19th. I woke up and I noticed that I had red bumps on the back of my neck. I brushed it off. I’m thinking it’s some type of irritation or whatever and then I wake up Sunday morning, and the whole side of my hand is swollen and I’m like something is going on. Something is biting me. I pull back the covers and there was a bed bug walking across the covers. I Then started to record the bug and took pictures of it. The front desk did not believe that they had bedbugs they claim they sent orkin out to check for activity and upon inspection They found nothing when I had proof in my phone. I’ve woke up in my 300,000 house for the past 5 years and ain’t ever had a bite let alone BED BUGS. They insinuated that we brought them. Please check your rooms before sleeping here. I put everything in washer first thing when I made it home with ammonia.

  I enjoyed the room ,just didn't approve of the pillows ... Did they cut them in half??? I couldn't stay another night as planned I had to take Tylenol my neck hurts so bad! Room service didn't ask if we needed anything, didn't make our bed while we were out ... I'm definitely not staying here again...

  DISGUSTING! We walked in late at night to find a bug in our room, we were so exhausted we figured a bug was no big deal. Then there was a mysterious reddish stain on one of the bedspreads, but there were two beds so we went to bed and tried to turn the air conditioner cooler. It started to cool down but then would stop. By this time it was very late at night. We sweated all night, woke up and found the tv didn’t work. Opened the shower and saw PUBIC HAIR and a used bar soap in the shower. Got our stuff out, walked down to breakfast and heard everyone else complaining about issues too. I went to the desk clerk with pictures of what our room condition was like and she said she couldn’t do anything without her manager who wasn’t in yet. So I called from the road later and talked to the manager who then said she’d call me back. Never called me back so I called again and she said she’d given me 20% off because we didn’t tell them earlier and let them switch rooms for us! It was the middle of the night and the public hair was what really tipped it over for me and I didn’t find that until the morning! What a disgusting experience. So disappointed—never thought a Best Western could be so gross.
