  Less than a mile away from the airport, reasonably priced, with a free shuttles to the airport, friendly staff, great continental breakfast, and plenty of parking. What's not to love?

  très mauvaise expérience Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons découvert des cafards dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain. Après avoir signalé le problème à la réception, on nous a changé de chambre… mais malheureusement, la deuxième chambre avait aussi des cafards. En plus de cela, l’hôtel a voulu nous faire payer une deuxième fois la chambre, sous prétexte que la réservation effectuée via Booking n’avait pas été réglée, alors que le paiement avait bien été effectué en ligne. Cette situation a été très désagréable et stressante. En résumé, chambres sales, présence d’insectes et gestion du paiement très peu professionnelle. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

  Clean, spacious room. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Functional fitness room. Great price. What more could you ask from an airport hotel?

  My husband and I stay here almost monthly. We’ve tried other hotels in Fresno, but this one is by far the best. The staff here really take pride in what they do and they work well as a team. They are a well oiled machine that is effective in making guests feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. Our latest visit included, for the first time, our new dog. And we learned that the staff are just as welcoming to the four legged guests as they are to the two legged ones. It was such a lovely visit thanks to these true professionals.
