- HRHeather Ripley3 days ago2.0Furniture shows great wear and tear, blinds in room were broken, furniture had muddy paw prints and bite marks, coffee maker was in the bathroom (gross!) and the coffee was truly awful, must be the cheapest option in their budget. Everything was old and dated, including the coverlet, which showed great signs of age (print erasing). There was also a strong musty odor which we found covered up initially by a STRONG perfume smell that ended up giving us a headache. The bed was comfortable, that's about it. The faucet and the shower dripped nonstop. Communication among staff is poor. (We asked for a late check out and received a call to our cell phone, a call to the room and the maid all in succession asking us when we would leave.) Would not return, would not recommend. Lobby was hot and humid and stifling. Someone please come fix this place!

Breakfast person in charge kept everything fresh and restocked till the last minute of the serving time. Was very impressed with their breakfast as most hotels don’t keep up or don’t have many options. Will definitely start staying at more Best Western Hotels. Recommend this place if you are staying in Fredericksburg!
- CRChristy RiosOct 10, 20251.0Horrible!! Do yourself a favor and go to Holiday Inn.This hotel is horrible , air conditioners don't cool, TV'S don't work. The breakfast tasted like it had been sitting out for hours , biscuits were so hard you could play baseball with them. Sausage wasn't even cooked all the way. Juice is said apple and orange juice but was just water. Horrible hotel...
