- MZMaggie Zubrin2 days ago4.0I am staying here now. The pros include very clean rooms, friendly staff and desired location. Cons are only liquid soap in shower, no bar soap, no in room coffee maker, no whole fresh fruit and breakfast. The room is comfortable but basic. In room temperature control worked well and room is quiet. But closest exit doors are exit only and have to walk around to get back in (it rains in Troy). Minimal extras for the cost.

- SCShannon CayeaOct 20, 20253.0This hotel is lucky that it is located across from The Franklin, that was the highlight. The rooms are old and outdated and smell musky. The staff blame it on the fact that they’re not fully renovated however, all of the bridal suites are and that’s what’s looked at when you’re booking for a wedding party. The rooms are overpriced as a result. There are no coffee makers in the room, linens are or quality, there are stains on the carpeting. Check the standard rooms before you Reserve a block!
