- ARAsha RahOct 8, 20252.0Rooms are really dirty. Finger marks on everything, dirt in every corner and and between everything. Pool is so gross and dirty and no towels, lots of dust… wouldn’t return.

A little out of the way for my trips to Edmonton but this is where I will stay whenever I am in the Edmonton area in the future. Greeted with a small blue bag which not only contained water but also two bags with two cookies each. Breakfast had a station that made omlettes to order! The front end staff took care of my need to freeze my pods overnight for my insulin to keep it cold while I travel during the day. Everyone was cheerful and friendly.
- JTjasna tateSep 3, 20251.0Staff is not very friendly. Beds are hard as a rock. Went for breakfast at 6 am. Eggs were almost gone, dried out and turning a weird color. Waffle batter was gone. Went back at 8 and waffle batter was literally pure liquid. Weird smells in the hallways. This place is nice and clean and that is it.

The onsite chef makes omelets to order and he does an outstanding job. This hotel is a jewel in the Best Western portfolio.
