Ms Annie was the sweetest kindest soul ever! She was so warm and attentive during breakfast. Check in was a breeze I couldn’t be happier with our stay.

I have to say that this stay was totally different from when I stayed here 2 years ago. It smelt wonderful as soon as you walked in. The morning and evening reservation host were very nice and friendly and Ms Annie was so sweet and was a wonderful kitchen host and cook. She went about and beyond to make our very large group feel like we were at home.

Save your money. It's a glorified super 8 at best. Even though my room was cleaned and Noah was here, they charge you an extra $30 to check in early. Their TVs don't have sports channels and they also don't allow you to cast to them so that you can watch sports. I had to ask for shampoo and conditioner because they put three lotions in my room and I didn't figure that out till I was in the shower. I know I won't ever stay here again. Most likely not at the Best Western but this was my only option for work. Oh and they also told me this was the last room available on the phone and there's three cars in the parking lot when I get here

The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The refrigerator in our room didn't get cold. We let them know as we checked out. They thanked us for letting them know. They said it would be taken care of. Breakfast was pretty good. I just wish they had a microwave for us to use beside the food. The friendly server warmed the muffin up for me and was very accommodating.

Edit: I apologize that you misunderstood the fact that the third party reservation service literally said to contact the hotel because it is *the hotel’s* policy that the third party is enforcing. I was asking the hotel to *change the date* because of a family emergency. Your hotel would have still made the profit. But if you’re refusing to do so, just say, “No, we can’t or won’t.” Don’t blame it on Expedia; they literally said, “Contact the hotel.” Wouldn’t reschedule when I’d responded to the text message they’d sent earlier in the week that said “text us here for questions or any requests.” No answer. When I called just after 3 pm, I was told by desk clerk there was nothing she could do. Then answer the damn text message, from FIVE HOURS before, you told me to send.
