    Highway noise! Uncomfortably tiny room! Nice staff! Overpriced but I wouldn't stay again at any price.

    BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WOULDN’T REFUND MY $300 and couldn’t give me a straight answer as to why, the stories kept changing. This place is so unethical.

    BEWARE!!!! Do NOT stay at this hotel. The front desk male worker is condescending, rude and doesn’t know the hotel policies. Hotel manager- Parveen is the same. They wouldn’t uphold my registration, wouldn’t refund me and both lied about the reasonings why.

    The rooms are clean, beds are habitable. The service was not what we expected to deal with after ten hours in the car. This was our 8th best western stay and will be our last, thankfully Hamptons are always kind.

    Don't stay at this hotel, they don't care about their customers. I made reservations for 3 rooms for my family to come in from out of town to attend my mother's funeral. From the start, the reservation woman could not have been more cold. When I called the day of travel to confirm late arrival, the same woman said the reservations was from the day before and she had no rooms, leaving me with no options. One fact I was very clear about was the date of my mother's funeral. Her response was simply that I should have reviewed the confirmation to check for her mistake. If Best Western cares this little about their customers, they shouldn't have any.
