We had a large wedding and needed a large amount of rooms and she quickly booked them for us and helped secure the Rose Room for me to get ready in. On top of that, her and Christina worked extremely well together in getting any info without having to ever involve me regarding vendors and behind the scenes things. Maria answered emails very promptly and constantly kept me updated on hotel bookings when I asked so I would be sure to have the perfect amount of hotel bags for our guests staying in our blocks! It was a pleasure working with her and all the staff at the Best Western. From the cleaning crew to the front desk, they were on their A game at all times. I also highly recommend booking the rose room! It is beautiful and spacious, we comfortably had 16 people in there (hair and makeup artists included) without feeling like we were on top of each other! I attached a picture of the cutest flower wall in the rose room!

We were almost all on the same floor per our request which made it easy with an am wedding to knock and make sure all were up and down for breakfast before shuttles came. The breakfasts area was great for our large group, the bar area as well was nice for congregating, and the restaurant had excellent Italian fare! Great pre post wedding venue!
- DMDarragh MartinSep 21, 20255.0It was only by chance we came across this hotel because our flight got cancelled by UA who put us up here 45 mins from Newark and we were very annoyed and when we got to hotel at 5am it turned out that UA made a mess up with the booking and then over an hour talking to them we decided to forget about dealing with UA and the person on front desk was amazing and he tried to help as much as he could and very patient and understanding but we then just paid for hotel ourselves but again he said to check out anytime and charged our phones as we had no adaptor. We went to the Italian place to eat thats part of the hotel and the staff were just amazing and so nice. Food was unbelievable. Pizza so nice. Needed to get to Target to buy an adaptor for our phones to charge. They provided a shuttle bus to take us to and from Target. As I said I cannot thank the hotel and the staff all round for being so nice, helpful and courteous. If we ever have a chance to come back to this part again, we will because you made us all feel relaxed and calmed down. Thank you so much. Most grateful.
