Motel has 2 floors with no elevators or luggage carts. The room was clean. The internet was terrible, 4.9mbps with a Google speedtest. The TV was connected to internet so the reception was poor and buffered. The slow internet made it difficult to conduct business with my laptop. You would think they could do better considering it's located in the heart of Silicon Valley!

The hotel itself is quite good and generally meets expectations in terms of comfort and service. However, the Wi-Fi is unacceptably poor and seriously undermines the overall experience. As others have mentioned, the connection speed is extremely slow — my measured download rate was only 1.3 Mbps, which is far below what one would expect from a hotel of this category. The upload speed is slightly better but still inadequate for even basic tasks such as video calls or file transfers. In 2025, reliable and reasonably fast internet should be a standard feature, not an exception. How is it possible that such a well-rated hotel continues to offer such outdated connectivity? Are there any concrete plans to improve the network infrastructure? For business travelers in particular, this is a major issue that needs urgent attention.

Stanford business travelers: the internet here is essentially non-functional. Don't expect to do any sort or work whatsoever (see picture). The room is pretty standard, but I found the environment to be very noisy both from the street and from neighboring rooms.

This is a very small Best Western Motel that I have stayed in. I did not use wifi, nor ate breakfast, so I dont know about those. The room (#206) was big and clean except that there was a dirty sheet on the sofa-bed (probably somebody in the past made it dirty and then folded in the sofa-bed). Everything in the bathroom, but specially the shower head water pressure was great. Beds were fine. I got easy parking. The receptionist, who seemed to be the owner lady, had good customer services, and was ready to help. I would give 4.5 out of 5 stars to my experience
