Check in process was extremely slow, due to the person just walking away for 20 mins. Took 30 minutes just to check in! Took a shower to find out every bottle was empty: soap, shampoo, etc. Water flow in shower was poor, and started backing up. Terrible service. Breakfast was decent.

Nice new, clean hotel. Our bed was comfortable. Pillows were lacking. They seem to be feather pillows, but they are solid, rock hard pillows. No fluff. Buyer Beware, if you plan to use the sofa bed! Instead of a usual foam mattress, it was a spring mattress, and every spring was not only visible but felt. Our son, a grown man, had to put the couch cushions on top of the mattress and slept on them; then, the second night, went to my sister's house as she had a guest room open up. We were in town for my father's funeral. We were looking for a two room suite, but there were none available anywhere. We opted for the king suite with a sofa bed. Big mistake. The location is pretty far north. But all the places we needed to be were on the north side of Phoenix, so it worked for us. The location can be a plus or minus depending on what you are doing. It's super close to a huge shopping center with lots of restaurant choices, definitely a plus. The service was great. They even opened the bar early for the family as we gathered in the open space of the breakfast/bar area after the funeral. The breakfast had plenty of options. The first morning was good, but the second morning someone forgot to turn on the hot plates and the "hot" food was cold. Good thing they had a microwave. Overall, I'd recommend it.

I would really like to give this Hotel five stars. It was very nice, however, the pool needed vacuumed, the complimentary toiletries were empty, and the room needed vacuumed.

Don't stay here i have never been treated worse by any place in my life. i literally just stepped out of my uber while my girlfriend was checking in i was outside for less then 8 minutes and management was trying to trustpass me and call the cops. My girlfriend had my bag with my phone and id and everything and they would not let me go to my room to get the things i needed to validate myself. unbelievably rude and none compassionate towards there paying customers. i had to walk home in 116 degree heat with no phone or money it too me 5 hours. absolutely disgusting way to treat another human being the manager needs to be fired asap.
