Poor customer service, rooms not clean, and the worst breakfast I’ve ever eaten! Stay away from this location, to many other choice to choose from.

Every time I have visited this hotel; Becky (manager) and her staff have provided over the top customer service. I can be a little bratty about having the same room, same floor every time I visit. They handle my accommodations to the best of their abilities. I may get the same floor and the rooms are always cleaned and top shelf. I wouldn't stay anywhere else while being in OKC. 10/10 definitely recommend.
