  Nope not ready!! My room is hot. Elevators are smelly floor is missing tile pool is not open laundry works on quarters come on no one has cash now !!! Carpet rolls in hallways one of the worse place I’ve stayed they are definitely not ready to be open !! I need my money back. Everything advertise is not what is provided!! 10 times -5 stars Will spread the word

  Came here for a weekend getaway in nashville. I usually don’t write reviews, but i feel like this was needed to say. We got into our room and as soon as getting there we checked the bed, which i feel like everyone does. And this is what was brought to us… Bedbugs. I know all rooms may not have them, but be careful! (I tried to upload pics but they won’t show.)

  People was great people was very nice perfect location 10 out of 10 on the location. Breakfast was very delicious the sausage gravy and hashbrown potatoes. TV was a nice size like it has surround sounds which is great the bed oh my gosh that was a 10 out of 10 mattress was soft. Felt like I just sunk in and was just like it was just it was just wonderful. But also, we had got there at 2:45 they didn’t have our room ready till 3:25 PM and on top of that I had to come back in at 3:20 to see was there a room ready then they put on the side of the hotel where it was construction being worked on in the hallway where our door was nothing loud noises Friday and Saturday the only time we have peace was Sunday morning when it was time to check out, they didn’t ask us anything. Need any help didn’t offer us 25% off or nothing

  Review of Best Western Stay (Sept 19–21, 2025) I booked Best Western for my birthday stay from September 19–21 because of its great location, advertised amenities, and positive reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, I had to be moved four different times because of serious issues in each room: • Room 1: Not cleaned (dirty fridge, dirty sheets, and even leftover underwear in the bathroom). The TV didn’t work, even after trying 8 different remotes. • Room 2: Toilet didn’t work at all and the A/C had issues. • Room 3: Strong bad odor, dusty, and paint everywhere. • Room 4: Somewhat better but still showed a lot of unfinished renovation work. Additional issues: • Pool was closed, which was not listed on the website. I specifically booked here to enjoy the pool, especially in the hot weather. • Hallways were hot and humid. • Ice machines didn’t work on any floor except the first. • Floors covered in plastic, which was a tripping hazard. • Rooms had no dark shades, making it very difficult to sleep. • A/C barely worked, making the rooms uncomfortable. • Breakfast was poor — limited selection, undercooked food, and several other guests complained as well. The only positive part of my stay was the two front desk agents, who were very nice and tried their best to help. Overall, this was a horrible stay, especially for a hotel of this caliber, and definitely not what I expected when booking for a special occasion. Given the number of issues, I believe a full refund is more than reasonable for this experience.
