- DGDavid GraciaJul 27, 20252.0The pictures on their home website are not as what it seems when actually staying there. To start off with, our room smelled the whole time, like mildew and I’m sure laced with mold in the air. My throat was burning at some points. It’s more of a “hang out spot” for locals to cook out and take over. The tables in the dinning room were dirty. We woke up and the “hang out/ court yard” area was a mess from the previous night. I know it’s natural to smoke weed for some but, I felt like I was getting a contact high just by walking to my room throughout the hallways on the 3rd floor… after eating breakfast! We went to bed with only one of the two elevators working and woke up to go eat breakfast to BOTH elevators “out of service.” A bit concerning of course depending upon if there were any handicapped guest that actually paid to stay there. Kids and adults were running up and down the hallways it seemed above us on the 4th floor, continuously throughout the night, to include the room above us as well it seemed. No enforcement was being made by staff or anyone , especially in the evening. One night was more than enough for myself and my family. Definitely deceiving when booking my reservation and to actually staying the one night.

My family and I could’ve stayed at Motel 6 For about the same price and we would’ve known what to expect!! They charged me for crib accommodations. After that is one of the amenities I checked when booking a room there was no TV remote, clumps of hair balled up in our clean towels, no trash bags in our trash cans as well as food crumbs all over the room!! They also charged me almost $4 a night for a tourist fee!!!! The breakfast was ok and they do have on site laundry for the guests…. Which was helpful bc I don’t like to travel with a bag full of dirty clothes!! My family and I will never use this hotel again!!

- KEKathryn EspinozaJul 19, 20251.0We booked a room with them for the night traveling through the city but as w got there to check in we were told that they were over booked ..🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ very bad we are traveling with lil ones and to tell us that we do not have a ROOM…. So not okay…. The Manger on duty was not helpful either so not good service… we had our reservations Number but still told us they were over booked… will not book with them again…
