- LLLisaOct 5, 20253.0Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. The cleanliness inside the hotel was impressive our room was very clean, and the facilities looked great and well-maintained. However, we did notice some garbage outside the front of the hotel when we arrived, and unfortunately, it was still there when we left. The room itself was average but clean. The bed was comfortable, though the headboard was torn, which took away from the overall appearance a bit. We also caught a slight smell of weed in the hallway as we were leaving, which was disappointing. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, so we can't comment on that. What really stood out to us was the exceptional customer service the front-line staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. In summary, while there were a few minor issues, the cleanliness, facilities, and outstanding service made it a good experience overall.
- CCCereenaSep 17, 20253.0The room was fine. The headboard was torn, and the bedding was unusual. Instead of a comforter, it was a crusty brown blanket between two sheets. The pillows were so thick that it hurt my neck. The bathroom however, was not up to our expectations at all. The listed photos for the room we booked showed a larger, nicer bathroom with a glass shower door. The one we received was not as listed. It was quite small, and generally in bad shape. It seemed like it wasn’t cleaned. The mirror had drips running down it, the tub was stained and dirty, and the toilet seat was loose. The breakfast was limited and cheap tasting. Staff follow your every move, had to take my food upstairs. For the price of the hotel I expected much better.
