- LNLinda NohavaOct 26, 20251.0Me and about 32 other people will not give that a hotel another opportunity unless Candace is working there. We have been staying there for YEARS. but not anymore It looks like maybe you shouldn’t gotten rid of Candace ever since you got rid of her. Your Hotel went downhill big time and you lost a lot of customers. She was the only one in that place. That had any good customer service skills and was truly More than willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best.

- SLSandra Olivera LauzaoOct 6, 20251.0Estuve hospedada el fin de semana y me lleve muy mala impresión ,cuando pase a desayunar ya la señora maltrata mucho a las personas y más cuando le haces preguntas además de mala higiene puesto que observe que la tostadora de pan estaba muy sucia ,ojo con eso ,mis compañeros también tienen la misma opinion,ya que resivimos maltrato por parte de la señora.
- JSJonathan SchlosserOct 2, 20251.0Worst hotel/motel experience even. Rooms were unclean, bed sheet, pillows and comforter were smelly and stained. Woke up to a sewage back flow is what I imagined. And no it wasn't the farm that was putting down fertilized before bed cause that smelled like pig farm. Homeless camp across the street and the road driving up was trashed I couldn't stop being concerned about my car. They were unable to move the credit card on file and replace it with a different one in the lobby, claiming identity theft even with both members present with id's. Not enough soap for 1 person even though it was 4 people listed in the reservation. Woke up feeling feverish in the bed. I will avoid this location and this company from now on. If subpar is your standard you should be proud of yourself. It shouldn't be procedure to fix as the complaint comes in but do the job right the first time.
