- SKStephanie KnustOct 26, 20251.0Room was great staff was horrible. We were there for soccer tournament had a block and we had 2 teams there. They said conf room was booked but we could use lobby for pizza and bracelet making. They said we were too loud and had complaints and it was 8 pm they weren’t loud at all. They called cops on us and we offered them pizza. They ended up saying conf room was available charged is $150 for it and it was absolutely ridiculous. If they don’t want it “noisy” don’t cater to sports teams below is the text we all got
- JHJake HousewrightOct 22, 20255.0It was my first time staying here and overall I was really impressed Everything was nice and smelled clean The pool was little cold but I didn't mind The lobby was nice and clean And the staff was really friendly and helpful with me and my mom making the appropriate accommodations since she's disabled Overall if I'm in the area again I'll be staying here ❤️

I was planing to give a very good review since Melissa helped us when we checked in at midnight. She also suggested that I should enroll the BW reward program. I agreed and she enrolled it for me. The room is good. The breakfast is good. The room price is good too. The building is only 5 years old. However, when I opened the link from the text message I saw my last name was spelled wrong. I went to the front desk to let the two female employees know and Pam immediately changed for this stay but she said that she can’t change my last name of my profile of my BW reward program. She said that she can call for me to change it. I thanked her. When I checked out Pam was not there and the other female employee was there and I asked her whether she knew that Pam changed my last name successfully. She said that she doesn’t know and she told me that it doesn’t matter whether my last name right or wrong I still get my reward points. I told her that is not my point. I don’t want my last name wrong in any of my profile. I don’t think that my request was ridiculous. Her attitude was really bad and very argumentative. I don’t mind people making mistakes but at least apologize about the mistake and correct the mistake. I provided my ID and credit card and how difficult to get my last name correctly. At least Melissa and Pam were helpful. The third female employee has no customer service training.
