  Lots of freeway noise, the coffee pot was broken, and there was no hot water. When I tried to take a shower, reddish water came out of the faucet — apparently from a busted main line. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would come by, but no one ever showed up. I called again about 30 minutes later, and they said it should be fixed, but it wasn’t. Couldn’t shower at all. The one positive is that they’re pet-friendly, which is why I chose to stay there during my cross-country road trip with my dog. Unfortunately, that’s about the only good thing I can say. Overall, disappointing experience.

  This is one of the most dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed in. Stayed here for a week and got 2 days of room service. Management really needs to get on housekeeping this hotel is really dirty my shower had mold there was ketchup stains on the wall the closet floor was full of dust there were stains on the sofa the hallway was always dirty and was vacuumed maybe once. Beds were a little hard but comfortable. Internet is really bad here including the hotels.. Breakfast is over by 9 Mon-Fri and at 10 Sat-Sun breakfast was pretty good except they make everything in the morning and by 8 hash browns were hard they should make fresh food as people start arriving and not all at once..There was a pizza box on the floor next door next to the trash can since we got there 5 days later it was still there smelled so bad went to tell front desk. We really enjoyed the pool the temperature was perfect it did have a fishy smell tho the hot tub did look dirty and was boiling hot had to tell front desk to check the temperature the restroom in the swimming area smelled so bad told front desk 2 days later went back swimming restroom still smelled really bad even tho I enjoyed the breakfast and swimming pool I don’t think I would stay here again cleaningness means everything since I’m a clean freak just seemed like I was sleeping in filth..I wish it would let me post some pics but it doesn’t give me that option..

  Save yourself! This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. When we went into our room there was still chinese take out In the refrigerator, Dirty floors, The faucet leaks and the beds are uncomfortably hard. Housekeeping had the nerve to leave a card requesting a tip. We complained and were given a new room. A downgrade because it only had one bed, which was still too firm to be comfortable and there was water all over the floor from the overhead.Massive air conditioner vent which was like a hurricane in the room that kept shutting on and off. Smoke detector was just hanging from the ceiling. The hallways had dirt and stains all over the carpet. Garbage left on window sills like a full jug of milk that was there for 2 days. It looks like it had never been vacuumed with the amount of debris everywhere on the floors and marks all over the walls. Some of the flooring and the elevator is missing making a trip hazard. The layout of the hotel is confusing. It is in desperate need of repair and renovation. I took plenty of pictures. We should have checked out after the first night.But we gave them the benefit of the doubt just to be let down again. I do NOT recommend staying at this location!!!!

  Large hotel next to several other larger hotels so parking is a mess and tight. Also out room floor was nasty. The ac was loud and didnt cool the room. It did however keep it at 70. Also, very few elevators. So you make have to hike a bit to your room
