  Very clean hotel, 10 destination tesla chargers are free to use and available. They only run at 12a but still very convient!

  Avoid. Old lumpy bed, sticky floors, dirty, indifferently maintained, moldy ventilation, surly staff. Won't be back.

  Pros: Good location, easy access off highway. Nice walkability/residential neighbourhood nearby if travelling with dog, as we were. We chose the parking in front of room option which is convenient. The room looked tidy and there are nice touches such as : reclining chair, soft lighting options, magnifying mirror in bathroom. Plenty of storage space. The breakfast had many choices and the dishes were looked after by a friendly attendant. Not so good : The reception staff and personnel at the front desk are not what I would call warm or personable. The room was tidy but not as clean as I was expecting. The fan in the bathroom had layers of gunk on it, the overflow in the sink was black with mold, the back of the bathroom door had obviously not been cleaned in a long time. The bed was soft enough to cause discomfort in the morning. The floors in the breakfast room were so sticky that they had actual grip. Noise: the heavy double sliding doors make a noise like someone dragging furniture, this went on & on. We must have had a sasquatch upstairs who was pacing all night. While not having carpeting in rooms must have advantages, sound reduction is not one of them. We won't be staying here again.

  We are from Ontario. Travelling around the East Coast. We came into town to find a nicer Hotel to stay at. There isn’t much in the little towns on our way back to Quebec from Nova Scotia. We phoned three times. Each time we were on hold and no one ever picked up… finally by the 4th time. A man at the front desk answered i said hello and then he hung up on me.. Maybe he didn't hear me but he didn't even try.. we were tired and really needed a bed. Right before We got to the hotel, i thought ill call and see what happens, I watched as three people at the front desk watched the phone ring.. they weren’t busy helping customers or on the phone. They were busy chatting to each other. Two men, one woman. When we entered the hotel i walked up very politely to ask for a room and all three of them ignored me for a good 5 minutes. I stood there as they continued to talk and waited patiently until they acknowledged me.. finally when they did, i asked if they had a room, they did. I said i had called multiple times. They never said anything just looked at me. They didnt care… at all! . If I wasn’t desperately tired i would have walked out and found another place to stay. The hotel is nice, rooms are nice. Beds are hard, small pillows. This hotel could do way better. Hire polite staff because the ignorance from the staff is unacceptable. Wouldn’t come back here!!!!!

  The room we rented was for 5 people (two couples and a kid). The accomodations were very well maintained and clean. Because we are in the mountain, the view from the window is beautiful, at least facing the foot of it. They have a small swimming pool and hot tub, so bring your swimsuit if you stop by. They have very basic gym equipment that might need more love, but it exists, witch is a plus. Staff is friendly and bilingual. Breakfast is some of the best I've had. Good meats and egg, a pancake machine that cooks on a conveyor (very cool), and they have a gluten free only toaster and you can ask the staff for a slice or two of gluten free. All in all, a pleasant experience.
