We stayed here with our kids’ hockey team for a tournament weekend, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations.
The breakfast was unappealing — the bacon was paper-thin, the warm food was cold and greasy, and the coffee was extremely weak. Nothing about it felt fresh or appetizing.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable, slow, and kept dropping out throughout our stay.
What was most disappointing was the attitude toward kids. The manager yelled at the players just for chatting quietly in the hallway and even tried to take their names, threatening to kick us all out of the hotel. Completely unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior.
The pool area was in terrible condition — dirty, with rain leaking through the roof, and the hot tub was out of order.
During our entire stay, no rooms were cleaned or serviced once.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. For the price, this place is a total no-go. We will definitely avoid staying here in the future.

The hospitality was wonderful! Best continental breakfast I’ve seen at a chain hotel! Once of the workers, Nadir, did a great job keeping things tidy. Only negative is the place is a bit outdated and the bathroom shower was falling apart.
Wonderful location.. property in great looking condition as well as functionality…highly recommend… stay here every time I come through Eagle!
I stay here regularly for work. My last stay all of my bathroom towels were dingy gray and worn. The hotel should invest in new towels. It's a gross feeling using such old and worn towels.

This isn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever been in, but it could be second.
We were booked for four nights starting on Wednesday 10/1 and going to Sunday morning 10/5. We were in Eagle for my son’s wedding. We moved into a room on the second floor and got into bed to find a 2 foot diameter wet spot at the foot of the bed under the covers. We dressed and I went to talk to the front desk. They apologized and gave us a new room. We packed up and moved.
Our room did not get cleaned on Thursday. We assumed that it was because we had not put out the “please clean” sign. So Friday we put the sign out. When we returned, our room had not been cleaned. We told the manager that we had put out the sign and asked if we could have it done then. They told us that they don’t pay attention to those signs and that we had to ask a day in advance if we wanted that service. They added that the staff had already left for the day so we did not get our room cleaned. He also mentioned that the staff didn’t work on weekends so we would get no service for our complete four day stay.
Both rooms had moldy showers. Also the sink drains were very slow and the towels were a grayish color instead of white.
On Saturday we left to attend my son’s wedding and I turned my phone off during the ceremony. After the ceremony I found I had three messages from the hotel: two asking when I was checking out and a third telling me to come and get my stuff. They had removed our belongings and stored them at the front desk. I called and tried reasoning with them but they insisted I was wrong on my dates. We drove back to the hotel and showed them the e-mail I had clearly showing we were booked till Sunday. After they checked further they discovered I was right but didn’t even offer an apology. We still had to leave. We were forced to load our suitcases in the lobby surrounded by a packed house.
Thanks to Expedia we at least got a refund.
I know this review will not change the fact that this place will always be full, it has what I thought to be a great brand name and there are limited choices in Eagle. I just hope that those who read reviews will think twice before ever booking here.
