Can honestly say I have very few complaints even with the place being taken over by youth baseballs players… now the pool did get sketchy with kids horse playing but I get it. Only “bad” I remember was a leak in the lobby ceiling one morning of a heavy rain storm. But the rooms were clean, and didn’t have any strong or weird smells so we were happy!

- SCSara CipollaAug 18, 20251.0Upon arrival, the room was clearly not cleaned to standard. While the bed was made, when I pulled back the sheets, I found a TON of hairs throughout the bedding. This is completely unacceptable and indicates that the sheets had not been changed between guests. It then took over an hour for staff to replace the bedding, during which I was left without a usable room. I reported the issue to the front desk and was assured that a note would be made on my reservation. Following my stay, I attempted to contact the hotel multiple times to discuss appropriate compensation for this experience. Each time I was told that a manager would return my call, yet no one ever followed up. I even reached out to their billing department. I paid over $250 for a single night and received service that fell far below basic cleanliness and hospitality standards. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.
