    So I work late Saturday I checked in at 10pm and they was knocking on the door at 9:15 and opened my door good thing I had the latch lock. I asked housekeeper what time is check out she said 11. So why are you knocking at 9:15 people work OMG. Never again.

    Horrible experiencia que pasamos el día de hoy 31 de Julio 2025 al reservar habitaciones nos comentaron que contaba con desayuno incluido y nos dicen que es de 7:00am a 9:00am , bajamos a desayunar a las 8:15 am y no alcanzamos más que puro pan , le comentamos a la de recepción y nos comento que ya no se iba a agregar nada de comida ,en ningún hotel nos había pasado esto. CERO RECOMENDABLE

    Big disappointment! We’ve been staying here the last five years. We will not stay here again. The front desk lady was the rudest person I have ever met. When I tried to talk to the owner, Mr. Patel, he was also very rude! Very unprofessional. The front desk girl, who I wish I would’ve gotten her name, Refuse to give us pool towels,Didn’t want to give us towels for the room, Didn’t want to get a toilet paper gave attitude, Also told me I was using the wrong cups At breakfast and I need to make sure next time I use the correct cups. I am in shock. I do not recommend this hotel. We will never go back. If the owner supports this behavior he won’t be getting my money anymore. We use to come multiple times a year. Never again. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get in here and leave rude comment. Don’t go here!!! ****For them to respond”I had extra parties(people) at the pool. We had my husbands brother, wife, & 3 young children. It was not a crazy number of people. I even made sure to ask if the pool was functioning properly when making my reservation. For the last 5 or more years we have went to the pool with my husbands family & it’s never been a problem. New owner? New front desk worker… horrible! Policy is it’s up to the owners discretion in a smaller town. Owners decision is be a jerk and send away business. Not hurting me any, the public pool is huge and very inexpensive. I can get a cheaper hotel just as nice, probably nicer! Holes in the bathroom walls& smells musty, starting to go down hill. You should know what you’re paying for.

    i checked out of this hotel this past tuesday , Room was really clean beds were comfortable, although i dont eat hotel breakfast this one looked full of options but it all tasted like chemicals like a perfume i thought i was maybe the women sitting next to the line but when i made coffee and poured juice it tasted horrible like if i sprayed cologne and it got inside my mouth I will be staying again for the rooms but hopefully they fix the breakfast issue.
