  I wanna give this place a five stars due to the wonderful service I received, especially from Vicky the manager. After staying at a very unsafe location, Vicky made it easy for me to transfer into a safer cleaner and environment. Thank you, Vicki for all your help and I will be back again.

  I had a lovely time with my husband and kiddo for our anniversary. The breakfast was good and your staff is amazing very kind and polite.. thr only thing that really bug me was the mosquitoes by the pool in know there not much that can be done about that..also I just want to say thank you.. this morning when we check out the gentlemen who got caught smoking had it coming there were signs everywhere and he had no right to be mad with you when it his own fault so thank you for all your hard work

  Was NOT notified of a planned power outage and not compensated for the night. Medical device wouldn’t work, no A/C, shower, breakfast, security lights, elevator etc.

  Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing to add a critical update to my ongoing complaint about our stay at BestWestern Plus Diamond in Hemet, CA, over the recent holiday weekend. What began as a frustrating sequence of maintenance and cleanliness failures escalated into the most frightening moments my family and I have ever experienced at any hotel. - Upon arrival, four homeless individuals took our luggage trolley at the front entrance. Staff called the police, but no immediate alternative assistance was offered. - Our first room reeked of sewer and featured falling-apart bathroom fixtures and moldy grout. We were moved to a second room. - In that room the television never worked, the smoke alarm was inexplicably covered, and the shower head was so loose it shifted into the wall whenever it was used. - The following morning, my daughter and mother-in-law found ants crawling in their beds and were finally moved a third time—over 24 hours after checking in. - When we returned to the lobby later that day, another man tried to physically assault me just inside the entrance. Your staff again called the police, but the trauma of feeling unsafe in your hotel lingered. These incidents went far beyond inconvenience. Between the unsanitary conditions, faulty safety devices, pest infestation, and attempted assault, my family endured significant emotional distress and genuine fear for our wellbeing. To resolve this matter, I respectfully request: 1. A full refund for our entire stay. 2. Compensation for any out-of-pocket expenses we incurred as a direct result of these failures. 3. A formal apology outlining how Best Western Hemet will address safety, maintenance, and security lapses to ensure no other guest suffers as we did. I trust you recognize the severity of these issues and will respond within seven business days with a plan to make this right. My hope is that Best Western stands by its brand promise of comfort, cleanliness, and safety. See attached pictures. PS: No responded to my inquiries. Manager offered $10.00 off, 🤣
