The rooms are nice modern clean bed very comfortable had a wonderful sleep bathroom is shower only but hey that works for me. They do have indoor pool long hours which is good and 24 hour gym. Lots of parking staff are very attentive here I was briefly at the other best western plus in olive branch and the staff there are very different to here. Would highly recommend coming here and I will be back happily. Breakfast was good would be nice to see potatoes on the menu.

The internet went down and stayed down for part of my stay. The front desk rep couldn’t get the manager on the phone to assist, incoming guests were turned away as the system was down (no internet). The halls nor my room was vacuumed during my stay. The second floor hall where my room was located smelled of mold/mildew due to the ice machine nearby.

No hot water for shower. No variety for breakfast. Stains on floors, sofa bed, and bedsheets. Unpleasant odor in lobby and pool needs to be sanitized and cleaned. Would not book again.

Upon checking in, I found the first room to be a complete mess: the sink was clogged, the sofa bed was heavily stained and smelled of urine, and there was food and trash left on the floor. When I complained to the manager, Perez, he moved me to a second room, which, to my disbelief, had the exact same issues. The lack of basic cleanliness in two separate rooms is a major red flag. After checking out, Mr. Perez gave me his business card and promised to follow up on a formal complaint, which I immediately filed with photos and videos of the disgusting conditions. However, he has since ignored all of my emails and has not responded. The hotel's management is unprofessional and unresponsive. I strongly recommend you avoid this property.
