  So much fun!!! They did a great job with fitting the demographic. Very clean. The breakfast at BW+ is always above my expectations.

  Stayed 2 nights. We were in a pet friendly room. Happy they had that. The room was very tight. Bathroom was very small. Bathroom had cobwebs in a corner on the floor. Rug in the room was torn. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was plugged into floor and the hole was exposed. Everything on the surface looked tidy. Breakfast had a good variety of items however I had to continually ask the staff to bring out food because things were empty. She did not keep an eye on things but always brought food in a timely manner. Upon checkout I requested a receipt. The amount on the receipt was not what came out of my account. I just got off the phone with Best Western Plus and was informed that was the $25.00 deposit and would be refunded within 2-3 business days. I was not told this. No information on billing, website or anywhere on property. I said it would have been nice to know this in advance and explained it needs to be posted. The man at the front desk hung up on me. Will not book with this property again!

  Everything was just barely fine. Room was dark. Bathroom fan was broken. Not enough outlets. Room was clean and didn't smell like cigarettes.

  Wir waren absolut skeptisch, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Es liegt direkt zwischen einer Autobahn und einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Vor Ort mussten wir feststellen, dass unsere Befürchtungen unbegründet waren. Im Zimmer war es wunderbar ruhig. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einem großen Outlet Mall mit 160 Geschäften und auch mehrere Restaurants liegen in der Nachbarschaft. Und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine junge Dame beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Lediglich ein junger Mann an der Rezeption war eher unmotiviert.

  Very disappointed! First off, the rooms don't look as neat and clean as the pictures show. They do look updated by a guy they found on Craigslist. Done by the cheapest bid. The shower was gross. There was hair on the shower walls, the shower curtain was missing the water proof lining so water got everywhere, and the floors in the room were sticky. The bed sheets are way to small and come undone as soon as you lay down. The couch in the room had lots of stains on it. Like someone wet the bed. The parking lot has standing water that smells like sewage water. The doors to the building don't work. Anyone off the streets could walk in the hotel from any entrance. Not to mention the door to our room was very difficult to close properly and lock. I had addressed the issues with the front desk and the lady said our room would be cleaned and the shower taken care off. We left for the day and came back that evening and they made our bed. Nothing else was taken care off. The staff seems to not care about anything or anyone. The TV's in the room are horrible and the internet is almost non existent. I do not recommend this location at all!! Bad service, dirty rooms, and its not a secure hotel.
