    Tv didn't work. I was traveling with a child and would've liked it to work. Was told by front desk to unplug it which required me moving a very heavy piece of furniture. I've called and emailed the manager with no response over several days

    They don't accept chime as payment. So if you are going to stay and have only chime i would advise againts it or ypu may end up sleeping out behind the hotel with all the homeless or go to another hotel.The lady that checked me in did not greet me with a friendly attitude or even a smile. She wasn't even nice to my boss when she called to help me out. It was a really uncomfortable experience. The breakfast was okay. It's right by the freeway so lots of noise. There is a starbucks and McDonalds in the same parking lot. Overall I survived, but it wasn't a smooth trip. Also the front desk stares at you when you walk through the lobby which personally is uncomfortable 😬

    The WORST EXPERIENCE with hotel management ever. I also have never had issues with hotel management before so maybe this is the norm but it is awful. I was charged for smoking in a room when I don’t smoke and it’s been IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of Sandra Espinosa who is the GM. I would never recommend staying here unless you want bogus charges and an inability to reach anyone and no accountability for senior staff to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. Find another hotel, it’s not worth the hassle.

    I was very disappointed with my stay. From the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel welcomed—there was no greeting, and the customer service throughout was unfriendly and unhelpful. The cleanliness was also concerning, as I found a blood spot on the sheets, which is completely unacceptable. The bedding was also uncomfortable, with very thin covers that did not make for a restful night. When I asked for pool towels, I was told I had to bring back my used towels first before getting fresh ones, which meant walking all the way back to my room. In all my years of traveling, I’ve never experienced such a policy. On top of that, I was charged a $150 deposit that won’t be refunded for 5–7 business days, which felt unreasonable. When I requested a late checkout, the most they could offer was just 30 extra minutes. The overall atmosphere and service fell far below my expectations. Sadly, this experience has ensured that I won’t be returning to this hotel again.

    Very bad customer service. My daughter had to do homework but they were giving a not existing wifi password. They only said they need to call IT department tomorrow morning because it was after hours
