- SGSonia GarciaOct 25, 20255.0This was the best stay ever! It was a Tuesday and they offered an upgrade to the top floor. It had a peekaboo view for the beach and a kitchen. It's been remodelled. The service was impeccable. I saw staff cleaning and maintaining the property continuously. Beautiful location , room and service. I will definitely be back! Oh and FREE parking. The place next door, where I stayed a few times charges for parking. I will come back here from now on¡
- CSCory SharkeyOct 20, 20255.0I had a wonderful experience with Best Western Inn-By-The-Sea Dana Point. Location was spectacular and right across from the beach. Breakfast provided was yummy and parking, super easy! The best part though, was the staff. Super friendly and helpful.
- AWAmy W716Sep 15, 20252.0To say the least this Best Western did not meet my minimal expectations. There were no bells and whistles so make it stand out. Thee bathroom and shower were so small that I could reach wall to wall with no problem. We were to have an ocean view room. We had to look past train tracks, fencing, cars and people to get our view. The hotel is across the street from the beach. You had to walk a block or more down the very busy PCH to a pedestrian’s over pass which meant climbing 2 to 2 1/2 flights of stairs to walk across the very busy PCH and train tracks. With the highway, trains and people we did not get the relaxing getaway we wanted. In fact we left a day early.
