- RWRoger WadeOct 23, 20251.0Air conditioner did not work. Elevator did not work. No room service had to ask for toilet paper and bring towels to desk for clean towels. Breakfast was terrible. Stayed five days never returned for free breakfast after first disappointment. Toaster did not work. Someone was blocking rear door facing IHOP open so ZERO SECURITY removed rock twice and told desk. Roof was being replaced so constant nailing noise.
- NNNafsinOct 20, 20253.0The hotel is great. The rooms are clean, nice service and were in a great location to visit some nice places. There is a reason why I give the room a 2 star rating because when me and my family first came to our room I immediately noticed something about the AC. And let’s just say umm. The AC is wreaked. We got a nice room but a broken AC and it’s very obvious. I’m surprised it is still works normal but please fix the AC. But overall the hotel was decent. Also if you ever get room 403 just know you might find the AC broken but still functioning.
- 2K2 KidzSep 19, 20253.0This hotel is in a great location and the rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately, they only offer room service every 3 days which wasn’t explained to me at check in. I requested room service on day 2 of my stay. I came back to my room to find the trash taken and towels replaced, but the beds left unmade.
