- SFSusan FritzOct 16, 20254.0The hotel is located conveniently to 79 and the turnpike. There is ample parking both in front of the building and in the back. We had a very quiet room on the 5th floor, on the end, which made sleeping great. We did not experience any noise from any other rooms. We have stayed here a number of times and the only negative that I can note is that cleaning services have declined. When we checked in, the elevator floor was sticky (someone spilled a drink) and there was trash on the floor. Nothing was done about it until our second full day at this site. Public carpeted areas needed to be vacuumed more regularly. Our room carpet had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival and the body wash canister was empty. We had to ask at the front desk for towels two days in a row. Twice, when we parked in the back, the room key would not open the door so we had to walk around the side of the building (notified the front desk). If you return to a daily cleaning schedule, things will be in much better shape for your guests. We probably will pass on staying here again due to cleanliness issues.

The first room we were given had a dirty shower curtain with mold on it, and there were crumbs and even toenail clippings on the floor. We asked to be moved, but the second room had similar issues and didn’t feel any cleaner. The staff was polite and tried to help, but it’s clear that the housekeeping standards need serious improvement. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone and tt's really a shame because this hotel isn't all that old.

The parking lot is large but it can be difficult to park if you have buses from differents teams… Room was okay but the cleaning needs to be improved and there is little sound insulation in the rooms, so you can hear peoples. Both elevator was in service and worked well. Free breakfast was just ok. Gym was not really good, few fitness machine was out of order ans miss some dumbells.
