- THT heathSep 17, 20252.0I usually always go straight up to the room and check it out before I bring my luggage in. This one time I didn't. Around 10 pm when I pull down the bed, the sheets were dirty and stained as well as the blanket. I went to the front desk to see if I could get the bed remade and there was no one that could. So, the front desk lady said that she would come up and do it herself. That was great but when the new sheets were laid out, they were stained too. The shower had hair in it. I definitely would not stay there again. To add to the hotel comment / response, it was after 10pm at night, ready for bed. Who wants to move all their items at that time. I travel for work and stay in a lot of hotels. If they are not clean or safe, I will definitely let others know and yes, they will get a negative review!
