Very Convenient, right off the Highway. Pet friendly, solid breakfast, comfortable beds, it's the best Best Western I've been to. 5 stars

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast options. It also has a really good body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided on wall in shower/bathtub

My husband and I were traveling with our cat from the Midwest to the east coast and stopped at the Best Western Plus due to its pet-friendly policy and our positive past experiences with the chain. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing and left a lasting impression of uncleanliness. Upon entering our room, we were immediately struck by a musty odor and damp conditions. The bathroom appeared to be unclean, with hair in the sink and on the floor, water and soap stains on the walls, and towels with unidentified stains. The final straw was discovering a piece of gum stuck to the comforter tag as we prepared for bed. Although we understood that a pet-friendly hotel may not offer the same level of quality as other establishments, our expectations were still not met. The rooms did not appear to be properly maintained or up to code. As travelers seeking a cost-efficient hotel with adequate quality after a long and stressful journey, we were extremely disappointed. We will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

at first glance it looked like any other Best western hotel, I noticed a food truck outside, the way its set up it appears to be affiliated with the management or ownership, when we opened the car door a smell hit us hard, it smelled like rotten food and raw sewage. once inside everything seemed to be in order, when we got to our room it was substantially warmer than in the main reception area, the air was turned down low like 62 deg but the room was closer to 80, and humid, it wasn't until late night we could actually hear the compressor kick on in the a/c unit. the beds felt damp due to the humidity, we were leaving for the races when we noticed the people from the food truck had been dumping something from buckets into the storm drain in the parking lot, as well as someone emptied a mop bucket in there, not sure if this was from the food truck or the hotel. Im sure the epa and health department would have a field day with this infraction. the breakfast was ok typical continental breakfast, the service was good. but honestly I would have rather paid for a good breakfast and had marginal service in trade for a comfortable room to sleep in and not feeling like I was walking through a garbage dump when walking through the parking lot.

Your car, a tent, or under one of the overpasses is a better option than this disgusting hole. I wish 0 stars was an option. The smell outside of this hoe-tel was a mix of well passed expired food and sewage. The hotel staff we interacted with were nice but checked us into rooms that hadn't been "cleaned" yet. We were given different rooms and checked out shortly after. We found mold (pic 1) in our bathroom ceiling, likely a leak from the bathroom above. Visible signsof this problem would have been able to be seen at least a month before it got to this point. When I went to let my in-laws know we would just be driving home instead of staying. We found the signs of the start of the situation in their bathroom. (Pic2) Pure laziness or lack of accountability on the entire staff, starting with ownership. Neither of us stayed, seeing as an issue like this was being ignored for so long it's not likely that the rooms are cleaned with any detail either. We called the hotel and did not even get a generic apology. The best we will get is likely the response that will be put below this review. As previous reviews have stated, multiple truck stops around, and when my wife went to check in, she was asked if she was paying with card or cash 😳 Can't recall being asked that question at any other hotel, ever. Might be why no one is too concerned with it. They aren't there for the shower if they're paying by the hour. (Satirical Joke)
