- JCJeehee ChungOct 2, 20251.0I stayed in room 236 from September 21st to 23rd for 2 nights and 3 days through OK Tour. I checked out because I left my walking shoes in the room. I checked with the guide and they said there were no shoes. Since it was a group tour, I was impatient and lost something, but they gave me an absurd answer that there was nothing. I think it is very common to lose things while traveling, but I don't understand why I can't find lost items in Canada, which I consider to be a developed country. The front desk staff at the breakfast restaurant were all very rude, and I was very upset that I lost something. As a frequent traveler, this is the first time I've experienced this kind of service. You wouldn't find this kind of service even in developing countries. If anyone were to ask me about staying at that hotel, I would strongly advise against it.
- JMJames MendoncaSep 24, 20254.0I was staying at the Best Western Hotel in Aldergrove with my mother's friend while helping her move out of town. The hotel was very nice and spacious. I like the lobby that has a desk area for you to use your electronic devices and a cafe station to brew coffee and cappuccinos. The indoor pool area was enjoyable with how vacant it was during our stay. The rooms were pretty accommodating, even though there were no robes. The continental breakfast was quite good. I especially like the waffle station, where you make your own waffles fresh and get to put on your own toppings like strawberry/blueberry compote and whipped cream. My stay here, overall, was nice and would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this Best Western.

I have been staying at BEST WESTERN HOTELS for 25 years and being a Diamond Elite for most of those years.... some people had issues with the rooms, the beds, the carpets etc... those things have happened to me also, and when they do I complain immediately to the front desk and 98% of the time the front desk fixes things or give me another room..... if you don't say anything they don't know...... as far as breakfast is concerned the one I ate at this property was one of the best in any hotel I have stayed at..... Kudos to the young lady responsible that morning...
