- TNT NOct 12, 20254.0The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were Kept clean. The location of the hotel is on the main strip so for light sleepers, sleep/rest may be a challenge. A bit pricey, but overall a good stay.

Francisco was the reservations agent who took care of me, and he was extremely hospitable and patient with my many questions about hotel amenities and services. When I mentioned that I was interested in a quieter stay, he immediately offered to book a particular room that would fit that request. What great customer service! We haven't even arrived yet, and I'm already thrilled to be staying at that hotel. Thank you so very much, Francisco, for making my travel planning so enjoyable!
