- MEMichaeleen EllingtonOct 21, 20253.0Stayed at plenty of Best Western Plus hotels on this 2 week trip. Gentleman was rude on 10/20 at desk. My husband asked for 2 waters since we happened to be out. Didn't think it was a big deal but apparently it was when the concierge responded with "I can't give them to everyone but here you go". It's not as if we asked for a snack bag. It was disappointing when it came to breakfast selection. I didn't even finish my food. Other than that the room was clean and a place to sleep. If you need to unload your luggage you have to go to the side of the hotel that's handicap accessible because the main entrance has steps. They wanted 24,000 reward points for this hotel for the night but I'm sorry this one isn't worth that amount of points.

They even accommodated a late check out so that I could get more rest. Thank you! I'll keep Best Western in mind for future lodging.
