- JMJohnny MerriweatherOct 31, 20251.0Accused me of smoking in my room an I’ve always went outside to smoke. Charged my company card for incidentals an I always went to smoke outside. The manger told me she had evidence I smoked in there. Theres a smoke detector in there as well. I wouldn’t jeopardize my job over weed. Discrimination of character they will never see my money nor my company money ever again.

The manager was a very nice woman, she helped me find band aids for my daughter, then ended up giving her a little basket of flowers. It was very nice.

Be very careful with this place because they couldn’t explain why I was charged so much when I had already paid in full prior to coming to the hotel. I talked to a manager and they were able to refund the money but I have to wait on my bank to process the void. Another issue is the front desk girl LIED and said it was refunded but it wasn’t. It took the manager refunding the money.

Close to many things in area, great breakfast but ...the guest are allowed to film videos, video chat & just do as they please as others are trying to eat breakfast in peace ! Front desk not welcoming & wear NO name tags but.... It's fully staffed so, good luck with your check in process. Rooms are a little dated and not fully clean or maintained even with many of the things being minor. I did though get an email from the front desk supervisor apologizing for hiccup. Also, saying that they take all my thoughts & comment seriously and they would improve. That's promising!

Ha un parcheggio ampio e gratuito, cosa molto comoda dato che per muoversi a Los Angeles l'auto è assolutamente indispensabile. La nostra stanza era molto grande e pulita, rifatta giornalmente. Colazione self-service molto abbondante, utile per fare il pieno di energia prima di affrontare la giornata. La struttura si trova in una zona decentrata di Los Angeles, intorno a cui è facile imbattersi in qualche senza tetto. Ciò nonostante la zona è tranquilla, e non abbiamo mai avuto alcun problema o percezione di pericolo.
