- LJLucas JacksonOct 25, 20255.0Yes, it's true, John rules. Hit us immediately with the biggest smile, enthusiasm, and superb recommendations for very close-by attractions. We were not the least bit disappointed when we walked around the next morning (strongly advise visiting Thunder Island!) We were also given bandaids AND disposable cutlery immediately upon request from the front desk as we checked out. You couldn't ask for more.

Convenience of coffee or tea in every room and in the downstairs at no extra cost, the included breakfast at the next door restaurant was fantastic and definitely made the experience fantastic. Staff was amazingly friendly, helpful, and full of loving fun. I will be returning next time I'm in the area 👍
- ACAlyson CalhounOct 21, 20255.0We stayed here for the night, and absolutely loved it. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. We had a room with a balcony and it was worth every penny. I was able to sit out and drink my coffee, enjoy the river, the Bridge of the Gods, and all of the stunning fall color. We will definitely be coming back next year!

- AHAlexis HarshbargerOct 13, 20255.0There was construction going on. But the rooms were clean! The parking lot was alittle small so if you come late you will need to park on the street. But overall, nice hotel where the location is great.
