She was really patient with customers ahead of me because their credit card doesn't work even though they kept trying, so I'm impressed. No pool, has ice machine, has hot tub on the second floor and workout room was really nice and big, plenty of equipments. They also have coffee in the morning and also welcoming coffee at the lobby.

- ELElaine LakemanSep 20, 20255.0We were on a road trip and decided to stay here 1/2 way. Everything was great we walked to a cute Italian restaurant across the street. On the way back we decided to stay again , all good but our car died up on Red Mountain so we were towed back and due to numerous car issues we stayed another 5 nights in this hotel! They treated us like family it was so sweet, we ate twice on their fabulous steak house and without exaggeration it was one of the best meals we’ve had in a very long time, it’s expensive but worth every bite and the staff were fun and understanding all around , our favourite person was Alvin who is a kind soul. We will go back again maybe next year, the beds were comfy no issues and town is close .
