- JWJessica Wright2 days ago1.0This might be the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in 🤢. It's clear nothing has been actually cleaned. The vinyl floor (1st floor room) was sticky and socks were BLACK after walking on it. Curtains are caked in dust, bugs on the ceiling, mysterious stain on chair, and it smells like it hasn't been cleaned since the 90s. If you have allergies/asthma, this is not the place for you. This is how bad our 2nd room was, the first one was worse. I went and bought cleaning supplies to clean it myself. Only plus is that it's dog friendly.
- TWTaylor Webb4 days ago1.0COCKROACH in the bathroom on the counter when I woke up. Front desk acted like this was completely normal. Stayed 1 night, checked in around 10 pm got a shower and went to sleep. Air conditioner made loud ticking noise all night. Hotel is very old and dirty, I hope this helps!
- DLDebbie LynneOct 20, 20253.0I was not impressed with the hotel, but the service from Mukhtar was above and beyond. We had 3 adults and 2 children so I figured they would plan accordingly. We got 3 towel sets, 4 coffee pods, 2 of which are decaf, 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. I understand I can call for more items, but sometimes that's just an inconvenience and when you pay $189 for a room, it should be set up for the amount of people you have. The rooms were hot, and I had the A/C set at 68 and it was still warm in there. The shower made a horrible squealing noise the entire time you're in there. And I really think they should invest in new mattress covers. So if you're in that area, do some research. There are other hotels to check out.

- MHMelissa HicksSep 24, 20251.0I definitely do not recommend. The housekeeping staff was so rude in the morning kept knocking at the door every hour starting at 7am. They were very loud in the hallway in the am shouting down the hall at each other. Called to talk to manager and the manager only reply was we don’t usually get complaints like this. Tried to talk to the front desk and made the excuse of they don’t speak English. Room smelled moldy and gross and the hallways smelled like rotten shrimp
