  Recently we had the opportunity to stay at the Best Western Plus in Plymouth. We arrived prior to our check in time are traveling on a red eye flight. They allowed us to check in early and even enjoy breakfast. The rooms are spacious, very clean, comfortable beds and appointed with everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. The grounds are well kept. The breakfast area was immaculate. The best part of our stay was the service provided by the staff. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make their stay enjoyable. Thank you so much. If you are in Plymouth I highly recommend staying at the Best Western Plus.

  Everything was good. Everything meant above standards. The only thing I would change is in the survey when it asks for gender. They're only two male or female you know. Don't need to add all those extra ones because it's not biblical or true but everything was good. Would stay at Best Western again

  This is a picture of the toilet in our room had to clean ourselves because wouldn't use it unless we did. This picture will explain how rest of room is if the toilet looks this bad so that all that needs to be said. You get the picture!!!! Well I tried to post pictures of how the toilet was so dirty that had to remove toilet seat and looked like has never been cleaned where hinges are. Must have had years worth of everyone's bodily fluids so there not doing there Jobs as well as rest of room had to re vacuum and dust and buy cleaner to clean so could stand it enough to stay here.

  Good location for visiting Plymouth. Room was a good size and clean . Breakfast we found was okay but in plentiful supply. Reception staff were excellent. Aircon/heating was very effective but noisy. I marked the room down due to hearing the bathroom above us when in it was in use.

  The staff was friendly and the front desk individual was prompt on helping us with our refund at this Motel. We stayed here because of the positive reviews, which must have been made in a different universe. The hotel needs massive refurbishment as the rooms are old, the mattress was in rough shape and the floors are stained. Now onto the bad part. The room was dirty as in not vacuumed and the chairs were stained, there were cobwebs in the corners, dirt all of the floor and under the bed and garbage under the bed. The bathroom was stained and gross but at least I was able to kill a couple of the spiders. I didn't find any bed bugs though there were dried up husks of beetles in the corner. Whatever was caught in the cobwed under the bed had at least been dead for a long time. The sheets on the mattress had been flipped over so I had no idea if they were dirty and flipped over on purpose or if the "cleaning" person simply flipped over dirty sheets to save time. Some of this sounds funny but I'm not actually intending to be. This is all true and legitimate and this is probably the worst and dirtiest place I've ever almost stayed in because we left. We would rather sleep in our car. Best recommendation we can give you, and tell some major changes are done at this location is do not stay here. We were deceived by the glowing reviews it somehow has on Google and TripAdvisor and were scared off by the bad reviews of the local Marriott and Hilton. None of the hotels in Plymouth seem to have good reviews and I don't really trust the ones that are good based on the consistency of the bad reviews. We drove half an hour away to the Town place Suites by Marriott Wareham Buzzards Bay. It is amazing and I highly recommend it. It is very nice and clean. Sorry to the nice gentleman who was working the desk at the Best Western. It wasn't his fault. I've attached a few photos that don't really show very well the state of this room but at least shows some things. The fridge was also leaking and hadn't been cleaned out. I tried to capture a couple of the stains and dirt. Visitors beware.
