- SMSarah MasonOct 16, 20255.0Our stay at this hotel was THE BEST Best Western we had ever experienced. The breakfast buffet was so well organized with a great selection of food. There is also a restaurant inside the hotel which had delicious food! I would 100% come back here again!

The buffet was fairly basic, but tasty- ham & turkey carving station, mashed potatoes with decent gravy, yummy green beans with bacon (not a fan generally so note the "yummy"), bread, butter, salad, fruit. There was a no host bar with complimentary cheese, crackers & charcuterie beforehand. I don't drink coffee & would have appreciated tea offer, but the folks were friendly
- CEChristi ElliottSep 28, 20253.0Check in was great. The feo t desk agent was super nice when I thought the booking was incorrect due to looking at the wrong confirmation. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom fan was broken, the bed was smaller than a queen though they claimed it was a queen (we uave a queen at home amd it is definitely larger than what we were given) and we heard banging and booming all night, some of which shook our room. Worst night sleep we have had in years. Upon checkout we mentioned it and were told it was local construction just outside the hotel and there was nothing to be done. We headed west on the freeway feeling like we werent heard and came across construction site we had passed on the way (2-3 miles away) into town to find it deserted and upon looking into the matter found they don't work on it during the weekends day or night. The only saving grace here is the restaurant staff and breakfast attendant. I didnt appreciate being lied to about the cause of the noise. Will not be returning.
