  I checked in last night and was greeted with two women at the front desk (one named Ayana, check in with someone else if possible) who were extremely rude during the check in process. Others noticed and came to help and didn’t receive an apology until the next day. Great location for a game day but I will not be back.

  ATTENTION HOMECOMING VISTORS!!! MONITOR YOUR ACCOUNT FOR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES MADE BY THIS HOTEL!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU CANCEL!!! THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU AND ARGUE WITH YOU ABOUT YOU STAYING THERE WHEN YOU DID NOT!!! THEY CHARGED MY CARD AND LIED AND TOLD ME THAT I INDEED STAYED THERE WHEN I DID NOT!!! WOULD NOT CHECK THE CAMERAS OR ANYTHING, JUST STATE THAT I SIGNED THE REGISTRY (SO IT MEANS I STAYED I GUESS) BUT I NEVER WENT TO THE ROOM. I LITERALLY PAID FOR THE ROOM, WALKED OUTSIDE AND THEN BACK IN TO CANCEL!! I DON’T KNOW WHO STAYED IN THAT ROOM BUT IT WASN’T ME!! THE YOUNG LADY STATED THAT SHE CANCELED IT BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED AND NOW THEY WONT REFUND ME!!! STAY AWAYYYYYY!!

  Appears to be an old repurposed Embassy suites hotel. Good sized rooms, great mattress. Breakfast was decent. A little rough around the edges, but pretty good.

  I love staying at Best Western. They always have clean rooms. They breakfast was real good at this location. Definitely something for everyone. I would definitely recommend staying here. They parking was ok. The rooms all face the inside of the hotel. Your room doesn't exit to the out side. It was very quiet and peaceful.

  We only stayed one night of 2 scheduled. Roaches in the room. Not one...but 7 that we saw. Had to put all our clothes in sealed bags to insure we did not bring any home. Really ruined our weekend get away.
