- LMLeslie M.Sep 30, 20251.0Hotel is in extreme need of repairs and updating. Pool area is unsafe and handicap accessible lift is broken and swings around freely. Carpets are severely worn, laundry facility does not work. We had four rooms; two occupants had to be moved due to non-working light fixtures, non-working toilet and non-working air conditioning. Staff was very nice unfortunately not able to do anything except keep moving us around.
